Where can you set up?
Duck n Dodge is Cache Valley's mobile blaster tag and archery tag arena serving from Smithfield to Hyrum. A surcharge may be required for cities outside this area. We can set up at parks, school gyms, church gyms, rec centers, grassy fields, or in your yard. Some parks and buildings may require you to reserve or schedule the event.
How large of an area do we need?
For the best experience, Duck n Dodge recommends at least 2100 sq feet (35 x 60), a little smaller than a high school basket ball court, for a group of 16 and 1000 sq feet (20 x 50), about 6 parking lot spaces, for a group of 8.
How long should I reserve the area?
If you are scheduling/reserving a building or park, please allow 45 minutes before the event for set up and 1 hour after the event for take down.
Duck n Dodge will not set up in the following conditions:
Winds exceeding 25 mph
Temperatures below 40 degrees
Refund/Cancellation Policy for events?
If inclement weather causes the event to be canceled, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
If the event is cancelled 24 hours in advance, all charges will be refunded.
If the event is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to setup then charges will be refunded minus a $25 inconvenience fee.
If event is cancelled after setup, event fees will not be refunded including additional surcharge.
Is there a surcharge for events outside the service area?
Yes. An additional charge is added for events outside of the Cache Valley service area (Smithfield to Hyrum). It covers expenses such as fuel, wages, missed events, etc. Please contact Duck n Dodge if you would like to book an event outside the service area.
